The facilities on offer at Forest Leisure Cinderford are a 25 metre indoor heated swimming pool, sports hall, gymnasium, two squash courts, a multi-use room and a full size floodlit synthetic pitch suitable for football and hockey. The centre benefits from ample free car parking.

The centre offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, including swimming, aqua fit, squash, badminton and football. Many of the local sports clubs in the area use the centre as a base for their training sessions. The centre offers a range of children's party packages.

Also available are adult and childrens' swimming lessons and trampolining coaching with our fully qualified instructors.

The facilities are 'joint use', which means they are shared with Heywood Community School (a sports college). The majority of public use takes place during evenings, weekends and school holidays. Various daytime swimming sessions are available.

Structured childrens' playschemes run during the school holidays and the centre also has a Funzone session on a Saturday morning for children aged between 5 and 13 years.

The centre is the home of Splinters youth centre and the Forest Fitness Centre Gym, which specialises in rehabilitation programmes.
